During the month of August Northern Light Foundation (NLF) assisted the Standerton community in different ways.
Northern Light Foundation painted dangerous road crossings (Speedhumps), and stop signs in Standerton at the following streets: Kruger Street, Von Backstrom Street, Kerk Street, Joubert Street and Caledon Street.
A cleaning project around Standerton Hospital was conducted by Northern Light Foundation, where more than 50 bags of refuse was removed and the grass around the Hospital was cut.
Furthermore, a cleaning project was conducted by Northern Light Foundation in the field behind the The Junxion Centre. During this Project the grass in the field was also cut and a total of 95 bags of refuse was removed.
